2. Data we process and purpose

Contact form: name, email, phone (optional), interest profile and message. Purpose: handling your enquiry and contacting you.

WhatsApp contact: phone number and conversation content, processed through WhatsApp (Meta). Purpose: sales support.

No automated profiling or automated decisions with legal effects are carried out.

3. Legal basis

Processing is based on the data subject's consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR), given when submitting the form or starting the conversation, and on pre-contractual measures taken at the data subject's request (art. 6.1.b GDPR).

4. Retention and recipients

Data is kept for the duration of the commercial relationship or until you request its deletion, and afterwards for applicable legal periods.

Data is hosted on Supabase (EU/US infrastructure under standard contractual clauses) and is not shared with third parties unless legally required.

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hola@tuinmobiliariacordoba.com, attaching identification. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
