How much capital do I need to start investing?
Complete turnkey deals in Córdoba usually start at €90,000–120,000 all included (purchase + renovation + costs). With financing, the initial capital can be lower; we analyse it in your proposal.
Are the yields guaranteed?
No: they are estimates calculated with real market rents and all costs included, delivered in writing. We never promise guaranteed returns; we show you the numbers so you can decide with judgement.
Can I invest from outside Spain?
Yes. We handle the NIE, bank account, power of attorney and the whole process remotely. Many of our investors don't set foot in Córdoba until the apartment is rented.
