Frequently asked questions
What exactly is the power of attorney for buying?
A document signed before a notary (in Spain or at a consulate/foreign notary with apostille) authorising us only for the specific acts of your purchase. You control its scope and can revoke it at any time.
I'm a foreigner — can I buy an apartment in Córdoba?
Yes. You need a NIE and (recommended) a Spanish bank account. We arrange both and every step of the purchase, fully remotely if needed.
Do you work with your own notary?
We collaborate with Córdoba notaries with agile availability, but you always choose: by law, the choice of notary belongs to the buyer.
